Fictional documentary about the establishment and development of a new state, founded in the early 1980's by five gay men who escaped England under the AIDS pandemic, straving to create a place where they will feel like they belong. The movie is made up of fake interviews with four of the founders, who are promoting the plot of the film through their personal point of view. Alongside the interviews, are archival materials (some fictitious and some are real), of pictures and videos from the island, newsreel footage from the 80’s telling about the worsening of the pandemic, and a 3D model of the first Human External Incubator.
